Yes! Big or small, any kind of business can apply to become a member. 

In short, no. We encourage anyone to join our network, but the journey has to start with an application. If our checks confirm that you are the amazing business that you know you are, we will confirm your application. But don't worry, we will work with you throughout the process. 

Yes. All new members have to first apply and pay a none refundable application fee. Once your application is approved, you will be given a unique discount code for a full 12 month membership. This will deduct the application fee from the first 12 months membership. 

All memberships last 12 months. When it's time to renew, we will automatically carry out checks and confirm that you still qualify for membership. We will then send you confirmation and invite you to renew. 

We appreciate all businesses are different. We check anything relevant to your type of business. For example, we may check registration bodies for tradespeople. However, a hygiene check may be more suitable for establishments selling food and drink. 

For all applications, we confirm existing reviews and run viability checks with companies house. 

Yes, if your company provides discount to emergency services and armed forces, then we will offer 10% discount on a 12 month membership. (We will provide an extra 5% on top of any existing promotion that may be running) 

We trust all members to provide the very best service to the people of the Black Country. We take complaints very seriously, but we also know how devastating they can be to businesses that have made a genuine mistake.
